All cutting boards are built from food safe materials and conditioned with 100% food grade oil and wax. Each board is handmade with love and care by a USMC veteran for you to enjoy everyday in your kitchen.

All cutting boards require routine care, they need to be reconditioned with mineral oil and bees wax every few months depending on how often the board is used. You can use our Blue Goose Board Butter to keep it looking beautiful. For heavy daily use, re-oil the cutting board every month or as often as desired.

Steps include:

Wash your board top and bottom with warm water, using soap is fine to remove anything that’s stuck to it.

Once dry apply your food grade mineral oil, a nice even coat will do the job (no need to over do it). Once you’ve wiped it on, let the wood soak it in for a couple of hours.

Then, it’s time to apply your board butter! Apply a liberal amount to cover the whole surface, let it sit for 4 hours, or over night and buff it off.

These steps will help your board's longevity while looking great!
